No. Cashcrate accepts international members. There just won't be as many offers. International members do well with the referral system: it's 20/10% and you get $3 once a referral makes their 1st $10. Once you reach 50 active U.S/ referrals, you can get paid sooner as well as earn a higher%. The money comes from Cashcrate not your refferals
